1. Introductory Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the relationship between the Operator of the Admyboost.com portal (hereinafter "Provider") and the physical or legal person (hereinafter "User") using the services provided on Admyboost.com.

1.2. The Admyboost.com portal is an **advertising platform** that connects subjects interested in increasing their online presence ("Advertisers") with users willing to perform specific online tasks ("Earners") for a reward.

1.3. By registering, the User confirms they have read these Terms and agree to them in full. Use of the service is conditional upon this agreement.

2. Registration and User Account

2.1. Registration is required to use the service. The User must provide truthful information.

2.2. **One Account Policy:** Each natural person may maintain only **one** user account. Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of all funds.

2.3. Users must be at least 16 years of age.

3. Services for Earners (Users)

3.1. Users can earn rewards by correctly completing available tasks (e.g., visiting websites, interactions on social media, etc.).

3.2. Rewards are credited to the User's internal wallet after system validation of the task.

3.3. **Prohibited Conduct:** usage of bots, auto-clickers, scripts, macros, or any other automation tools is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to manipulate the system will lead to immediate account termination.

4. Services for Advertisers

4.1. Advertisers can purchase credit to publish tasks for Users.

4.2. The Provider reserves the right to reject any advertising campaign that promotes illegal content, hate speech, adult content, or malware.

4.3. The Provider does not guarantee specific conversion rates or ROI, only the execution of the ordered actions by Users.

5. Payments and Withdrawals

5.1. Users may request a withdrawal of their earnings once they reach the minimum payout threshold specified in the user interface.

5.2. The Provider reserves the right to verify the User's identity and traffic quality before processing any withdrawal. This review may take up to 30 days.

5.3. All payments are final.

5.4. For security reasons and fraud prevention, withdrawals are restricted. Users are entitled to withdraw funds no earlier than 7 days after acquiring the 'Beginner' status (Level 1).

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Service is provided "as is". The Provider is not responsible for temporary outages or technical issues.

6.2. The Provider is not liable for data loss or damages resulting from the use of the portal.

7. Governing Law and Final Provisions

7.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

7.2. The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the portal constitutes acceptance of the changes.
